7 Health and Fitness Routines to Get Fit and Cool Body in Less Than a Month Time


It’s hard to regain what you have lost once. In case of health it is 100 percent true. Today everyone is conscious about how they look cool. The young boys and girls are so much obsessed about their appearance that girls start starving themselves to get size zero and that ultra slim look carried by models and icons. And guys are always trying hard to look attractive. They can easily be seen pumping iron in the local gyms to get that preferred shape and built. But rather then looking good, it’s wiser to go for a fitness regime which makes you feel better from within.

You can have a great body to show off by devoting only 15 minutes a day! There are diverse ways to attain your fitness goal. Do it, go ahead and choose the one you like best and see results in such a short span. Physical fitness involves four components: strength, flexibility, cardiovascular capabilities, and percentage of body fat. To improve all aspects of your fitness level, try 15 minutes of circuit training.

To avoid further degradation of the body system, you may consider the following tips-

1. Get toned

To achieve that sexy, attractive body you need to work out for only 15 minutes a day. Distribute days in the week, as first 3 days for upper body workout, 3 days for lower body and the last day for a whole-body workout. It will help in building muscle tissues and would increase the calorie burning rate. For the most effective upper body workout use weights instead of using machines only. Use elastic bands and your own body weight as a tool during your resistance training.

2. Get lean

The longer you work out, the more your body burns the fat deposited in your body. Exercises at challenging levels and try not to overexert or exhaust yourself completely. Concentrate on major muscle groups and involve activities that raise your heart rate like brisk walking, swimming, biking, rollerblading, skipping and boxing etc. Keep yourself motivated to finish the work out regime with full zeal and visualize yourself in a better shaped, toned, slim and sexy body in just few weeks.

3. Better shape

Start with warm ups like aerobics for a few minutes only. Follow with a couple of minutes of resistance work and don’t forget to warm up in the end too. Stretch for at least 20 seconds and undergo resistance exercises for about 12-15 reps to improve muscle tone and strength.

4. Increase stamina and endurance

To increase stamina, one should undergo cardio vascular exercise regime in which you can involve aerobic and weight resistance activities every other day. To develop more endurance and stamina you need to keep your body moving and active. Use stairs instead of escalators and take a brisk walk whenever get a chance. Do stretching and rotations of the major bone joints to regain energy and zeal to work again while at the work place even.

5. Move should be your mantra: The key to fitness is to stay active all the time. Use stairs instead of lifts, walk down to the nearest markets when required instead of commuting in a vehicle. A 45-50 minutes session in gym can easily be substituted by a 50 minutes long aerobic session which you can do in your home also. And avoid fried and junk food totally, as they harm our digestive system.

6. Floss your teeth: There is a direct connection between a healthy lifestyle and a calm mental state. Flossing is something you need to do every day. It makes your teeth sparkling clean, by reaching to the corners even where your toothbrush is incapable of cleaning. And, it leaves you with a fresh breath also. So if you have great sparkling teeth, you need not hide them, just keep up the best smile and dump all your worries and start living your life to the fullest.

7. Keep a check on your drinking and smoking habits: consuming alcohol in a very small amount is still justifiable. But always try to maintain your rule of not getting too much drunk any way. If taken in specified quantity only, alcohol proves to be beneficial to the health as it helps in controlling heart diseases.

Drinking limitless is very harmful and is going to make your health as well as life very much complicated and out of control. Smoking is also injurious to anybody’s health. Promoters of the brands may say that it is cool to light up but we all understand and know the ill effects of smoking tobacco anyway. Smoking makes you prone to several respiratory diseases, which is actually a symptom of your degraded health.
